This destructive behaviour isn't about truth or fairness. It's about survival - theirs, not yours. The narcissist fears exposure, so they strike first, hoping to silence you before you can reveal who they really are.


Recognising these tactics is the first step to protecting yourself. Stay grounded in your reality, document interactions when you can, and seek support. Truth is your strongest weapon, but it takes courage and patience to hold onto it when facing such relentless deceit.
